about me

I graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Medicine, Health, and Society and am currently pursuing my M.D. at Duke School of Medicine.

I published my debut novel, Two Lives One Decision, at age twelve and continued my writing career with my second novel, Destined, at age fifteen. I also worked with a Hollywood producer-director at Edison Studios to co-author a screenplay adaptation of my second novel.

With a background in creative and expository writing, I am passionate about the intersection of medicine, literature, and education. Within healthcare, I hope to integrate patient narratives into clinical care systems and advocate for marginalized communities by promoting health literacy. As a mentor to my aspiring students, I aim to enable undergraduate and medical school applicants to find confidence in themselves, their applications, and the careers they want to pursue.
